Once an initial discovery call is complete, to check we are a great fit for each other, an estimate will be sent over for your review with details about start dates, timelines and what we will need from you in the process. If you want to proceed, send us an email to confirm and an invoice and contract will be issued. The contract will list the payment terms, and often a deposit payment as well as the signed contract is required to confirm the start date.
Upon the start date, we will often have a call to run through the scope of work, ideas and any questions or queries you may have ahead of beginning to design. Here’s where we might ask you for information that you need to compile for us, to help the project be the best it can.
Our approach begins with an internal workshop to dive into the brand, it's competitors, it's customers and it's current positioning. We work through this as an internal team and if relevant present the findings to you. This time and it’s results will shape the final deliverables. Any costing amendments will happen at this stage and will be at your discretion.
Once we feel adequately ‘under the hood’ of the business, we begin ideation and design. This will result in initial design ideas being shared with you for collaboration and feedback.
After reviewing the designs, your feedback should be shared via email and a loop of design and feedback commences up to the number of ‘amends’ rounds included in your project scope, or until your allocated time runs low. We find 2 rounds of amends are sufficient for most projects, allowing time to collaborate and tweak without getting swept away with ideas.
When the final design is approved, a written sign-off is required and the balance payment should be made to assign ownership of the final design to you and therefore release the files.
We may also check in to support you on launch day via our social channels, so be sure to let us know when ‘lift off’ is commencing!

If you want to proceed, send us an email to confirm and an invoice and contract will be issued. The contract will list the payment terms, and often an upfront first payment and signed contract is required to confirm the start date.
Each month an invoice will be issued to cover the work to be carried out in the preceeding month. Then a monthly briefing via a project management tool can take place, alternatively, we can have a Zoom call to discuss needs.
Once we understand your needs ideation and design beings. This will result in initial design ideas being shared with you for collaboration and feedback.
After reviewing the designs, your feedback should be shared via email and a loop of design and feedback commences until we reach a final design or your allocated time runs low.
When the final design is approved, a written sign-off is required to release the files or to load them into an online tool such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
Then the whole process can start again, if it hasn’t already with a new brief.
