Having had her website designed and launched, founder Matilde reached out to us for support running the website with image and product updates, as well as new pages to be designed and built. Matilde also required support with email design and various ad-hoc design jobs to support the start-up business.
We worked with Matilde directly on a monthly basis with a regular meeting and collaborative briefing. This meant Matilde could strategise her month ahead and ask us for lean support for projects as they came up. We built Shopify pages to support Valentine’s day gifting, Mothers Day and to launch new areas of her business like Mens and engraving. We further supported Matilde with recommendations of our freelance and consultant partners whom specialised in CRM, Shopify and development to ensure she had a team on hand for whatever project arose.
Whilst working with us Matilde started using Klaviyo, with our best practice template, flow strategy by Hannah Spicer and design by Soley Creative. They generated increase revenue year on year.
