The Freya Rose team approached us to improve their website's product detail page (the shopping page). They felt it wasn’t working hard enough to convert customers and immediately we noted some areas that required improvement, including an overall branding use refresh. It was key to show the luxury and artisanal aspects of the products and give opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and storytelling to help reduce bounce rates and engage the user effectively.
